我们酿出了第一款瓶装桃红葡萄酒！

Our first bottled rose！ 

爱斯卡门酒庄致力于酿造醇厚浓郁的黑皮诺葡萄酒多年后，希望探索这款优良葡萄品种的其它潜能。

After so many years of making full bodied pinot noir the team wanted to explore some other facets of this wonderful grape.

此款葡萄酒及其名字的灵感来源于庄主Larry的女儿，其受洗时取名Nina Rose。二人晚餐时，在该享用哪款葡萄酒上意见不一，Nina偏好灰皮诺，而Larry偏好霞多丽，后来父女俩达成折中，结果发现了新的惊喜。

Larry’s daughter, christened Nina Rose, was the inspiration for this wine and its naming. After a few differences over what they should share at dinner, with Nina’s preference being Pinot Gris and Larry’s being Chardonnay a compromise was reached, and new found delights!

此款桃红葡萄酒由产于提穆娜葡萄园的100%黑皮诺葡萄酿制而成，芳香馥郁，且伴有草莓果香。葡萄仅带皮浸渍6个小时，后装入老橡木桶中发酵，桃红色的柔美黑皮诺桃红就是这样酿成的。它是夏季庆典活动或与女儿共进晚餐时的理想伴侣。

100% Pinot Noir from our Te Muna Rd vineyard has given us a wonderfully perfumed, strawberry aromatic wine, left on skins for a mere 6 hours then barrel fermented in old oak a very delicate perfect blush colored Pinot Rose has resulted. An ideal accompaniment to summer celebrations or dinner with your daughter.

葡萄全部生长于爱斯卡门的提穆娜葡萄园，采收于完美的成熟季，当时Larry曾经感叹：“我已经为此等待了30年！”

100% grown from Escarpment’s Te Muna Road site in what can be considered a perfect season. At the time I said I’d waited 30 years for this vintage!
